Must Have Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age Must have at least 3 years' experience as a Landscaper or Groundskeeper Must possess a valid Driver's License and be insurable under the company's insurance plan. 00 to $25.00 per hour (depending on your experience). 100% company paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & AD&D, and Short-Term Disability coverage.
