MAINTENANCE WORKER
Location:
White Sands Missile Range (WSMR)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Starting Wage:

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you'll play an important role in maintaining a clean, professional, and well-manicured environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Mowing improved grounds and maintaining attractive landscapes ✂️ Edging sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and other hard surfaces Trimming areas inaccessible to mowers Removing litter, debris, and natural waste Maintaining desert landscapes in a clean and orderly condition Providing weed control and general grounds upkeep Operating mowing and grounds maintenance equipment Assisting with special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
✔ High School Diploma or GED ✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in: Grounds maintenance Irrigation systems Tractor and mowing equipment operation ✔ Valid Driver's License
REQUIRED SCREENINGS
General Background Check Driving Record (MVR) Review Office of Inspector General (OIG) Exclusions Check Security Clearance Review through Federal Investigative Services
