Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality lawn care, and landscape services to our clients. Your ability to work effectively with power tools and equipment will be essential in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to our standards. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain the aesthetics of residential and commercial properties. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Experience Previous experience in landscaping or lawn care is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with power tools such as trimmers, blowers, mowers and other landscaping equipment is a plus. A strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Basic knowledge of garden maintenance techniques including planting, watering, and fertilizing is beneficial.
