The Shops at Crystals The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in either written or oral form Ensure appropriate inventory systems already in place for tools, records, material safety data sheets, cleaning supplies and other materials are kept up through individual action Follow directions as issued that apply to the routine inspection and maintained action on interior and exterior weeding, mulching, planting, edging, fertilizing, watering, sweeping of sidewalks and curbs, gathering of trash, the operations of compactors, and the use of carts and tools for work Perform the job in accordance with all applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines ( i.e. OSHA) to promote a safe working environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED, but technical school certifications or training preferred as it relates to plantings, trees, etc. Ability to operate a variety of related equipment not limited to mowers, weed whackers, lawn edger, evergreen trimmers, and snow blowers Valid driver's license Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
