Overview Looking for a Gardening Assistant, to work alongside an experienced gardener to cultivate beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces. Duties Assist with planting, pruning, watering, and mulching to promote healthy plant growth Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping tasks Support irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repairs to ensure efficient watering Maintain landscape features by trimming shrubs, removing weeds, and cleaning garden beds Requirements Basic knowledge of gardening practices Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new techniques Prior experience working with experienced gardeners or in similar roles is desirable but not required Must be able to lift 30lbs Clean driving record and reliable vehicle are a must
