No lawn care or landscaping experience needed. We help clients "Take Their Weekend Back" by maintaining beautifully manicured lawns and properties. We work as a team to perform complete and detailed mowing, aeration, dethatching, debris cleanup, plant trimming, irrigation maintenance, fertilization, and weed control services for our lawn maintenance and landscape clients.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to get to our Shop/Yard
• Willing to take a pre-employment drug test
• Driver's License Preferred
• Capable of working up to 10 hours+ outside
• Capable of walking, bending, and on your feet 10 hours+ outside
• Capable of pushing, pulling, lifting 50 lbs.
• Able to clearly and effectively communicate in English (50% preferred)
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet
• Work independently and self-starter
• Great communicator
• Great with clients
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work at a fast pace

Job Details:

• Mon-Fri 7am-4pm (occasional later days during peak season)
• Manual outdoor labor in all types of weather conditions

• Service Area:

  Reno/Sparks
• Desire to make customers' properties look amazing
• Use relevant lawn maintenance equipment to service a daily route of properties
• Utilize routing and client management software
• Answer client questions and concerns in a respectful and professional manner
• Fulfill services respecting client requests and property details, ensuring company standards are maintained
• Mow, trim, edge, and blow off client properties, removing debris, trash, and waste accordingly
• Document and report work completed, issues, concerns, and damages [Crew Lead Positions]
• Utilize routing and client management software [Crew Lead Positions]

We hire from other industries as well, such as General Labor, Window Cleaners, Commercial Cleaners, Roofers, Roofer Contractors, Landscapers, Lawn Maintenance, Carpet Cleaners, and many more.
