Details:

Pay rate is $22/hr. 8am - 5pm schedule, no weekends, no on-call The successful candidates must have: Reliable transportation to commute between properties and basic tools.

Available Positions:

1. Landscaper - Maintain overall appearance, health, and safety of the grounds by: Performing routine lawn care (mowing, trimming, edging, etc.), plant and garden care, seasonal care (leaf/snow removal, salting, etc.), performing property inspections, working with maintenance, property managers, etc. and making sure equipment is in good operating condition Must have prior experience in landscaping or grounds keeping, knowledge of lawn care techniques, basic horticulture, ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively, physical ability to lift 50lbs+, work outdoors in various weather conditions 2. Renovation Specialist - will execute and support renovations, repairs, and unit-turn projects by: Completing renovation tasks like painting, flooring installs, fixture replacement, drywall repair, and general carpentry, general repairs, work with maintenance, property managers, etc., follow safety guidelines, use proper PPE, maintain safe job sites, complete work orders Must have prior experience in facility maintenance, renovation or construction field, basic set of tools, ability to lift 50lbs+, knowledge of building codes and safety standards, ability to read/interpret work orders/blueprints #IND456
