Job Description

Superior Landscaping is a full service Commercial & Residential landscaping and snow removal company located at 1580 Columbia Turnpike in Castleton, NY. We are looking for full time lawn and landscape laborer crew members to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. These are seasonal positions, however if the applicant is interested in working over the Winter as well, there are shift opportunities during snowplow season.
Available positions:
Landscape Crew Member:
Assist in all aspects of landscape installations and maintenance Spring/Fall cleanups Planting and maintenance of trees/shrubs & perennials Edging and prepping of landscape beds Installation of mulch, stone, and other landscape materials Experience with landscaping operations & equipment is required Experience towing trailers is preferred but not required
Lawn Maintenance Crew Member:
Weekly lawn mowing of Commercial and Residential properties Line trimming Weed whacking and blowing off hard surfaces with leaf blowers Experience with Commercial lawn mowing equipment is required Experience towing trailers is preferred but not required Qualifications +
Physical Requirements:
Minimum of at least 1 year of experience A clean, current, and valid driver's license is required. Must have reliable transportation reporting daily to and from the shop in Castleton (from there will ride with the team to various job sites in company vehicles.) Ability to work 8-10+ hour days physical labor during all weather conditions Prospective applicant will be expected to represent the company in a professional manner Other temporary or permanent duties may be assigned at Owners discretion if required for the specific project. Applicant must have DOT physical in order to operate landscape vehicles. This will be paid for by the company if one is needed. Additionally, the applicant must be able to lift, push, and/or carry 50+•pounds consistently. Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Hours:
Monday•Friday, 7:00am•5:00/6:00pm (roughly) Saturday + overtime hours are available but not mandatory
Pay:
Range of $18.00•30.00 per hour based on experience + Raises based on performance +
Paid Holidays Job Type:
