Fine Gardener

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Fine Gardener to join our landscape crew. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining stunning gardens, and vibrant plant displays. Expertise in horticulture, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance is required. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of plants, tools, and systems to craft beautiful, sustainable landscapes that stand out. Duties Plant, and nurture diverse garden beds, lawns, and landscape features using expert gardening techniques. Maintain healthy plants through pruning, fertilizing, mulching, and pest management to ensure vibrant growth. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, trimming, edging, and soil preparation. Qualifications Experience in gardening, horticulture, landscaping, or related fields with a strong understanding of plant care principles. •Training is available for the right individual. Ability to operate hand tools (e.g., pruners, shovels) and power tools (e.g., trimmers, blowers) safely and effectively. Ability to safely lift 50lbs. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently in a safe manner while staying self motivated. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while standing, bending or lifting for extended periods. • Pay is based upon experience.
