No Slip Seating Job Description:

Serta Simmons Bedding is seeking reliable and experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers to transport bedding products to customers and distribution centers. This position involves partial touch freight , meaning drivers will assist with unloading as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to deliver mattresses and bedding products. Ensure on-time delivery to warehouses, retail locations, or direct customers. Handle partial touch freight , assisting with unloading as required. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer. Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies. Communicate with dispatch and warehouse personnel regarding delivery schedules. Keep accurate logs using electronic logging devices (ELDs) .

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record . Minimum 2 years of CDL-A driving experience (required). Ability to lift and move bedding products as needed. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols . Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including overnights and weekends if required. Must be at least 21 (25 in Canada) years old and be physically qualified to drive a truck in accordance with DOT requirements/regulations/standards Solid MVR, no serious violations Come Dream With Us!
