Groundsman

Job Duties:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Maintain plant grounds through sweeping, shoveling, raking, and debris removal. Assist operators with material flow, clearing buildup, and basic plant tasks. Support maintenance with simple repairs, greasing, and equipment cleaning. Operate small equipment and hand tools safely. Follow all safety procedures and report hazards.

Qualifications :

Experience in construction, asphalt, or industrial work preferred. Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in all weather. Comfortable working around heavy machinery and high heights. Reliable, safety-minded, and able to follow instructions. Pay:

$23.15 - $25.15 per hour
