Seasonal Maintenance / Groundskeeper / Handyman Lake Champlain Campground Mid-April through End of October Competitive Pay Based on Experience On-site camping/RV spot available for the right candidate We're looking for a hardworking, self-motivated Maintenance & Groundskeeper team member to help keep our campground clean, safe, and running smoothly throughout the camping season. This is a hands-on outdoor position perfect for someone who enjoys fixing things, working independently, and taking pride in keeping a property looking great.

Responsibilities:

General campground maintenance and repairs Mowing, trimming, weed control, and groundskeeping Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and handyman work Trash pickup and site cleanup Assisting with opening and closing seasonal operations Maintaining equipment and tools Responding to maintenance requests from guests and staff Helping with small projects and improvements around the park

Requirements:

Basic handyman/maintenance experience Ability to operate lawn equipment and power tools safely Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Bonus Skills (Not Required): RV park or campground experience Equipment operation Plumbing or electrical experience Mechanical troubleshooting This is a seasonal position with varying hours depending on campground activity and weather.
