Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and be a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, applying your skills in landscape maintenance, gardening, to create stunning landscapes. Whether you're trimming trees, or maintaining lawns, your efforts will directly enhance the natural beauty and usability of our clients' properties. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation projects including planting, mulching Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces healthy and vibrant Maintain landscape features through pruning, tree trimming, shrubbery care, and irrigation system adjustments Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently during various landscaping tasks Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and staff Conduct routine maintenance on equipment including lawnmowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance Follow safety protocols diligently while working with construction materials, heavy machinery like excavators, and during tree care activities Experience Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; we provide training for motivated learners Basic mechanical knowledge related to power tools and landscaping equipment enhances your ability to perform tasks effectively Familiarity with lawn care techniques including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration is a plus Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices such as pruning, tree care (including trimming), and horticulture principles is advantageous Experience operating machinery like excavators or snow plows is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks Join us if you're passionate about outdoor work and eager to develop your skills in landscaping!
