Job Description
Part-time Groundsperson for an Apartment Complex, 32 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8AM-1PM - year-round position, not seasonal Maintains public and common areas of property in a clean, neat and attractive condition. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Weeding, Cleanup of branches and leaves Shoveling/Salting in the winter months. Extended working hours should be anticipated to meet seasonal issues. Small amount of furniture and appliance moving as necessary Clean areas around Dumpsters and in Basements Pulling/removing old carpets and sweeping after Understand MSDS sheets and safe work practices Comply with OSHA, EPA, and DEC requirements Other duties as assigned
