Job Description
Overview We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team for lawn maintenance and snow removal services. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in doing quality work. Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn maintenance Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently Perform seasonal cleanups, including leaf and debris removal Assist with landscaping and general property maintenance as needed Perform snow plowing and snow removal during the winter season Operate snow plows, snow blowers, shovels, and other snow-removal equipment Clear driveways, walkways, entrances, and other designated areas Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues Provide professional and courteous service to customers Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Qualifications Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation Previous lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, or equipment experience is an asset Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Physically capable of lifting, carrying, shoveling, and performing manual labour Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and pride in your work Flexible availability, particularly during snow events
