Job Overview Experience Crew leader/ labor with valid NYS license We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care/Landscape Maintenance and Snow Plowing Leader and labor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing lawn care operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of lawn care professionals, providing guidance and support while maintaining a focus on quality landscape maintenance. Your expertise in groundskeeping, gardening, and irrigation will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of lawn care technicians in daily operations. Plan and execute lawn care schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Oversee landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, and edging. Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Train new team members on best practices in lawn care and landscape maintenance. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Monitor the health of lawns and gardens, implementing appropriate irrigation techniques. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all operations. Experience Proven experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is required. Strong leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively. Knowledge of groundskeeping techniques, including planting, irrigation, and pest management. Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service. Familiarity with operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Previous experience in training or mentoring staff is a plus.
