Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape and Lawn Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and beautifying residential and commercial properties. Your hands-on work will involve various landscaping tasks, lawn care, equipment operation, and site maintenance to ensure our clients' outdoor spaces look their best year-round. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping while contributing to high-quality project outcomes. Responsibilities Assist with lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general turf maintenance using hand tools and power equipment Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning trees and shrubs, mulching, and bed edging Operate landscaping machinery including excavators, skid steers, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently Support hardscape installations like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features Maintain irrigation systems through inspection, repair, and installation work Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools for various landscaping projects Experience Prior experience with lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with landscaping equipment is a plus Ability to operate small construction machinery like excavators or skid steers is advantageous Knowledge of horticulture practices including tree care and gardening techniques is beneficial Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols and work efficiently in outdoor environments

Standard Industry Landscaping Equipment:

• Zero Turn Standing Mowers
• Trimmers and Weed-wackers
• Use of Leaf Blower
• Pruning Equipment Must have working knowledge of mowers, weed whackers, blowers and other lawn maintenance equipment.
