Job Description

Part-time position (28hrs/week) open immediately for two 24-unit elderly/disabled apartment complexes in Warsaw, NY. Duties include maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment. A basic aptitude for electrical and plumbing repairs and the physical ability to perform lawn care and snow removal is required. Basis knowledge of boiler systems a plus. Must exhibit good interpersonal communication skills while maintaining confidentiality and be able to work independently to meet maintenance standards. Includes "On-call" duties as needed. Experience with Fair Housing, ADA regulations, or government regulated rental properties a plus. Reliable transportation and working cell phone necessary.
