We are currently hiring a part-time Community Hero (aka Groundskeeper) The primary responsibilities for this role will be: Maintaining community grounds (trimming, mowing, trash pickup) Landscaping Plowing and Salting in winter months Other related duties as assigned Must be able to: Think outside the box and resolve issues quickly and effectively Work independently Multitask Operate large machinery when necessary Occasionally lift 50lbs or more Alternate frequently between walking, crawling, crouching, squatting, climbing and sitting
