Job Overview We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Technician to assist our Landscape Manager, Jeff , in maintaining and enhancing our clients' properties. This position primarily focuses on bed maintenance, mulching, small planting projects, and other landscape-related tasks . While there is some mowing involved, this is not a mowing-focused role . Responsibilities Perform bed maintenance , weeding, edging, and mulching Assist with small planting projects Handle general landscape tasks , including pruning and cleanup Occasionally operate landscape equipment Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Qualifications Basic plant knowledge (or willingness to learn) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in all conditions Landscaping experience is a plus but not required Schedule & Pay Seasonal (spring-fall), with occasional winter work Full-time hours available Competitive pay based on experience Much of our landscape maintenance work is located in: Saratoga Springs Wilton Queensbury Glens Falls Lake George Surrounding communities Applicants who live in or near these areas may be especially well positioned for this role.
