Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of basic to advanced landscape maintenance operations Understanding of safe operation of small hand tools and landscape equipment (Preferred) 1-year field experience Flexible work hours Be able to adhere to company rules and regulations Valid driver's license Pass a pre-employment drug screen Perform manual labor in all weather conditions all year around

Responsibilities:

Perform landscape maintenance and installation responsibilities Safely operate all equipment Perform daily loading, unloading, and servicing procedures Abide By laws and regulations Properly understand and complete all paperwork Be a safe and efficient team member Maintain good communication with clients and team members Understand and execute directions Anticipate and carry out next steps of operation www.smithlandscaping.com -
