Landscaper / Crew Leader

Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew in performing landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and horticultural tasks with precision and enthusiasm Oversee landscape construction projects, including planting, soil preparation, and installation of features such as patios or pathways Manage irrigation systems, ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to promote healthy plant growth Conduct tree care activities such as pruning, trimming, and health assessments to maintain safety and aesthetics Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and pest control to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work site Provide mentorship and training to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, or related fields with a strong understanding of horticulture principles Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments is highly preferred Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care practices, and general landscaping techniques Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and coordinate with clients or project managers Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions A valid driver's license is required; relevant certifications in horticulture or landscape construction are a plus Join us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes!
