Landscaping is seeking a highly motivated Hardscape Crew Member to join our team. This position is for a skilled worker who will assist Foreman with the installation of hardscape projects and outdoor living solutions. You will be expected to work snow removal hours in the winter, and are subject to assisting with other tasks such as softscape/landscape installation and property maintenance.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
2 or more years of experience in the landscape/construction industry preferred Valid Driver's License with minimal points or incidents in the last 3 years Assist in the installation of pavers, concrete patios, walkways, retaining walls, seating walls, driveways, natural stone, fire pits, drainage, irrigation, lighting, and other hardscape features. Ability to assist in additional installations/services as necessary including but not limited to landscaping tasks such as property maintenance, mulching, planting, etc. Follow and execute project instructions from the Foreman or other management. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Perform physically demanding tasks, lift more than 80 lbs. Positively promote company culture. Perform all other duties as assigned. On-call for snow removal during winter months. Maintain trucks, tools, and equipment. Adhere to attendance policy. Willingness to learn new building techniques, procedures, and projects.
