Schedule & Seasonal Information This is a seasonal role. Hours fluctuate based on seasonal demand, typically 30-40 hours per week. Some weeks may have less. A layoff period occurs about one week before Christmas, with work resuming in February or early March. You will be responsible for following planograms to ensure the effective presentation and maintenance of live shrubs, trees, roses, and seasonal items. By maintaining high standards of plant care and providing exceptional customer service, you will play a key role in maximizing sales. As a Garden Center Merchandiser, your workday will include: Display plant material according to set standards Building, setting and taking down seasonal displays Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the garden center to create an inviting shopping environment.
