Kennsington Golf Course is a beautiful 18-hole, 7,050-yard, par-71 championship course featuring a driving range, short game practice area, Pro Shop, and Full Swing Golf Simulator Lounge. We take great pride in delivering outstanding playing conditions, and our grounds crew plays the most important role in making that happen. We're currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Groundskeepers for the remainder of the 2026 golf season (mid August to Nov/Dec). What You'll Do Every day is different as you help prepare the course for golfers.

Responsibilities include:

Mow and maintain greens, tees, fairways, rough, and approaches Rake and maintain bunkers Trim, edge, and maintain landscaped areas Assist with sodding, planting, mulching, fertilizing, and general turf care Operate a variety of golf course equipment, including riding and walking mowers, bunker rakes, utility carts, rollers, and other landscaping equipment Help maintain irrigation and sprinkler systems Prepare the course for changing weather conditions Keep the grounds clean, attractive, and free of debris Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment and performing daily tasks What We're Looking For Dependable with a strong work ethic Enjoy working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Attention to detail and pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes High school diploma or GED preferred Golf course or landscaping experience is a plus, but we're willing to train motivated individuals What We Offer Full-time and part-time opportunities Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Work in a beautiful outdoor environment Gain experience operating professional turf equipment Be part of a team that takes pride in one of the area's finest golf facilities Retirees Welcome!
