At Tournoux Landcare, you'll work outdoors, learn valuable skills, operate professional equipment, and help create beautiful landscapes throughout Northeast Ohio. No two days are the same. One day you might be planting trees, the next installing a new landscape, hydroseeding a property, or helping transform an outdoor space from ordinary to extraordinary. What You'll Do ✔ Landscape installation ✔ Landscape maintenance ✔ Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers ✔ Lawn installations and hydroseeding ✔ Mulching, edging, and property detailing ✔ Operating professional equipment and tools ✔ Working alongside experienced team members who will train you What We're Looking For Reliable and hardworking Positive attitude Enjoys working outdoors Able to lift and perform physical work Valid driver's license preferred Landscape experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person What You'll Get $18-$26/hr based on experience On-the-job training Career advancement opportunities Tuition reimbursement Continuing education Referral program 401(k) after 90 days Paid time off after one year Modern tools and equipment A supportive team environment Why Work Here?
