Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Crew Members specializing in enhancement and installation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing landscape improvements, installing hardscape features, and maintaining outdoor environments with precision and care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in grounds maintenance, landscaping, and outdoor project execution while contributing to stunning landscape transformations. Responsibilities Assist in the installation of landscape features, including plants, hardscape elements, irrigation systems, and other outdoor structures. Use hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely and effectively to complete projects on time and to quality standards. Identify various plants and horticultural elements to ensure proper placement and health of landscape features. Follow all safety protocols diligently while working outdoors on diverse terrains and construction sites. Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with knowledge of landscape maintenance or gardening practices. (1 year experience required) Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation including power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape machinery. Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and grounds maintenance techniques. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping or construction equipment safely. Knowledge of safety protocol adherence for outdoor work environments. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely during enhancement or installation projects.
