Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep lawns healthy and lush Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and lawns through pruning, trimming, and planting Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like planting, edging, and installing landscape elements Use machinery such as excavators for larger projects like grading or installing hardscapes Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient watering of landscapes Execute landscape maintenance routines including mulching, aeration, and seasonal cleanups Assist with snow plowing and snow removal during winter months to ensure safe outdoor environments Support tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and health assessments with proper techniques Contribute to construction projects involving hardscape features like patios, walkways, or retaining walls Conduct routine garden maintenance to promote healthy plant growth and aesthetic appeal Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools including power tools and hand tools Experience with lawn care practices such as mowing, fertilizing, and pest control Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques for gardens, turf, trees, and shrubs Ability to operate machinery like excavators safely and effectively for construction or grading tasks Familiarity with horticulture principles to support plant health and landscape design Skills in irrigation system installation and troubleshooting for efficient water management Experience in snow plowing operations during winter seasons for safe pathways and driveways Excellent understanding of landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and tree care Ability to perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency Join us in creating breathtaking outdoor spaces that inspire communities!
