Job Description

The Facilities Maintenance and Landscaping Technician will ensure the upkeep and functionality of both our internal and external facilities through a variety of maintenance tasks for four different facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for all. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Embraces the 1 T.E.A.M. culture Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal operation. Landscape and maintain outdoor spaces for residential, commercial facilities Residential and commercial painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and effectively Lead projects related to facilities maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in residential painting techniques. Proficiency in landscaping Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions. Knowledge of logic controllers and ability to read schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Comprehensive understanding of facilities maintenance practices, ensuring high standards are met. Ability to maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in optimal condition. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Licenses/Designations and Certifications n/a Physical Demands and Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
