Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Landscape Laborer/Technicians to join our team. This position involves a variety of outdoor tasks focused on landscape maintenance, installation, and general property care.
Responsibilities:
Perform landscape maintenance including mowing and weed whacking Perform routine property maintenance such as weeding, edging, and cleanups Install mulch, topsoil, plants and other landscape materials Operate basic landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Follow job site instructions and safety guidelines Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule Support shop operations, including organizing materials, shop and maintaining a clean workspace Help with equipment upkeep (cleaning, basic maintenance, reporting issues)
Qualifications:
Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (but not required) Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Willingness to learn and take direction Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver's license
