Landscaper / Lawn Care Crew Member

Ohio Landscaping Lawn Care Co. is hiring full-time landscapers for the 2026 season. We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who take pride in quality work and can handle physically demanding outdoor labor. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to fully train the right person.

Job Duties:

• Lawn mowing and trimming
• Mulching and bed clean-ups
• Spring & fall clean-ups
• Landscape installs
• Small hardscape projects
• Tree and shrub trimming
• General outdoor labor
• Assisting with water features (ponds, fountains, etc.)
• Snow removal and ice management during winter season for reliable employees

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must show up on time and work consistently
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
• Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday
• Occasional Saturdays during busy season

Pay:

$15-$25 per hour depending on experience, reliability, and work ethic.
