This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including lawn care, tree trimming, and general groundskeeping. The Landscape Laborer will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients' properties are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing. Duties Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, fertilizing, and watering. Dig and prepare soil for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. Maintain existing gardens by weeding, mulching, and pruning plants. Assist in building landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct tree trimming and removal as necessary to promote healthy growth. Engage in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping tools and machinery. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy materials. Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. A valid driver's license is a plus.
