What You'll Do (The Important Stuff!) Perform general maintenance and repairs for buildings, grounds, and vehicles Help keep our campus safe, clean, and well-maintained Troubleshoot issues and take pride in fixing what needs fixed This is NOT factory maintenance—this is meaningful, hands-on work in a residential care setting. Must be comfortable with all aspects of the job including groundskeeping, weed spray, weed whip, snow removal, building and car maintenance. . Are you able to meet the physical requirements of this position? You will undergo a driving record check, criminal background check, drug screening (including marijuana), several data base checks including sex offender listing, abuser registry, Systems of Awards Management database. Will you pass all of these checks? This job pays $21.00 an hour. and is generally Monday through Friday day shift. Due to the nature of this position, you will be required to sometimes come in outside of this shift as needed. If you work more than 40 hours a week, you will be paid at a rate of time and one half.

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Building maintenance/groundskeeping/mechanic: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Ohio Driver's license for a minimum of 3 yrs (Preferred) Ohio Driver's License has LESS than 6 points currently (Preferred) Ohio Driver's License has No More Than 2 moving violations (Preferred)
