No landscaping experience is required. Team members are trained directly by the owner using a structured landscaping system focused on consistency and quality work. The role includes landscape bed maintenance, weeding, mulching, planting, and general property cleanup. Ideal candidates are dependable, coachable, and willing to work outdoors in summer conditions. Pay starts at $18.50-$20.00/hr with weekly pay, and the schedule runs Monday-Friday, typically 9:30 AM-3:30 PM. Transportation support is available from a Groveport meet-up location.
