Fairfield Pointe Apartments is seeking candidates to fill a full-time Ground/ General Laborer position. This large community has 660 units and is conveniently located with easy access to I-275, in the heart of Fairfield, OH. This is the perfect position to start a career in property maintenance. The opportunity to learn and grow your skillset with advancement to Maintenance Trainee is highly possible! Everyday tasks will include grounds maintenance. Such tasks include using a gas blower, power washer and small power tools. In addition, heavy trash removal in turn apartments and hallways. Daily trash pickup in laundry rooms and common areas.
