What You'll Be Doing Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general property maintenance Fertilization, weed control, and core aeration Mulch and decorative rock installations Seasonal clean‑ups (spring and fall) Shrub and ornamental pruning Installing and removing holiday lighting Snow removal during winter months Working as part of a team to keep properties clean, safe, and professional What We're Looking For Reliable, consistent, punctual individuals Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Willing to learn new skills and grow with the company Able to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs Positive attitude and team‑first mindset High end customer service Personable and friendly Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Consistent, full‑time hours (seasonally dependent) Overtime opportunity available Paid training Opportunities for raises and advancement Leadership opportunities for high performers Work with an organized, professional team Why Work With Us?
