Description Full-time Apartment Groundskeeper - Van Buren Village Apartments (Kettering, OH) Full‑Time | M-F 8:30-5:30 | No evenings. No weekends. Van Buren Village Apartments is a beautifully maintained 41‑acre community in Southeast Kettering, and we're hiring a Full‑Time Groundskeeper to help keep our property clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. This role is more cleaning and upkeep than landscaping — perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things neat, organized, and looking their best. If you have janitorial, grounds, or general cleaning experience, you'll fit right in.
