Responsibilities Must be dependable and show up on time, ready to work Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding outdoor environment Capable of lifting 40-60 lbs repeatedly throughout the day Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive without constant supervision Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Preferred (Not Required) Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor manual labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators is advantageous Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, and horticulture practices is a plus Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and maintenance is beneficial Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor setting with physical stamina and attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this energetic environment Bonus (Helps You Stand Out) Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality Experience working in team-based or fast-paced environments Interest in growing into a crew lead or leadership role
