Here at Outsiders we are building our team to grow with us. Currently looking for mowing crew members with opportunity to move to crew leads in time. All employees are expected to be on time every day Monday -Friday, able to work in all weather conditions, lift at least 50 lbs., able to communicate responsibly with fellow team members and/ or customers if necessary and have reliable transportation to and from work daily. Mow team members is responsible for mowing, trimming and blowing of properties on daily route. Must be able to use commercial mowers, trimmers and blowers to complete such work. Properties consist of mostly residential properties. Crew will also be responsible for care of equipment to assure good working order.
