The Porter/ Groundskeeper at Millcroft Apartments in Milford, OH is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the property's common areas, grounds, and amenities. This role ensures a welcoming and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors while supporting the maintenance and service team with routine tasks as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and restrooms Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, and fixtures Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and debris from common areas and grounds Maintain outdoor areas, including sidewalks, courtyards, parking areas, and landscaped spaces Remove snow, ice, leaves, and other hazards from pathways and entrances as required Support to Maintenance and Service Team Assist maintenance staff with minor repairs, preventative maintenance preparation, and work order support Transport supplies, tools, and equipment as directed Notify management or maintenance team of safety hazards, maintenance needs, or damages Assist with move-in/move-out processes, including unit trash out and cleaning as needed. Safety and Compliance Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE Ensure compliance with property policies, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards Report incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately Resident and Staff Interaction Provide courteous, professional service to residents, staff, and visitors Respond promptly to requests for assistance within scope of duties Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications:
