With 2 years experience, willingness to communicate with team members and clients, and the ability to drive and back up a truck and trailer, this is the new position for you! We are seeking a Landscape Technician to work along side the Owner of the company, Brett Eikenbary. This position is created to grow the right individual into a leader with our company and to work along side Brett to understand his expectations and quality of our company! If you have experience operating mowers, equipment and hand tools, strong communication skills, thorough attention to detail, a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, at least 2 years of work experience, the ability to drive and back up a truck and trailer, and consider yourself a team player. we want you to apply! In this role, you will: Feel a sense of responsibility. Feel like you're making a difference to team members, our company and to clients. Feel like you have accomplished and achieved various landscape projects including hardscape, maintenance projects and installation. Become the main point of contact for Brett Eikenbary, owner of Eikenbary Landscape and other crew members. Exemplify your strong industry knowledge when on the job site. Grow into a leader so you can then focus on leading and coaching others to the best of their ability. Become a valuable part of each project's efficiency.
Location:
Hancock County, Ohio Landscape Technician Other Responsibilities General lawn care duties; grounds-keeping and lawn maintenance including mowing, raking, trimming mulching, weeding, edging, and pruning. Work with Brett and the team while on site to complete the customers' landscape design, landscape construction project or landscape installation, along with landscape maintenance. Snow and Ice Management during winter months. Qualifications Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent Driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the work site Experience with a variety of hand tools and maintenance equipment including clippers, chain saws, lawnmowers, blowers, edgers, rakes, and hedge trimmers, preferred but not required. Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic. Experience with 1
  • 2 or more years of landscape and lawn care preferred.
Must be able to effectively communicate with company owners.
