Part Time Grounds Keeper

Pay:

$13-16/hr. depending on experience

Work Schedule:

15-30 hr./week depending on workload, Monday-Friday, Saturday as needed

Job Duties:

1. Keep exterior of fabrication facility clean, safe, and well-maintained 2. Lawn maintenance including mowing grass and weed whacking 3. Trimming and cleanup including removing weeds and clearing debris 4. Pressure washing exterior areas of shop, concrete pads, and equipment 5. Additional outdoor upkeep as assigned including sweeping, picking up trash, and seasonal tasks such as leaf clean-up

General Requirements:

1. Pass pre-employment and random drug tests 2. Minor Work Permit if under the age of 18 3. Reliable transportation 4. Team Player, communicates well with others, and good work attitude 5. Dependable 6. Ability to stand for long periods of time 7. Ability to work kneeling down as needed 8. Perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions 9. Lift up to 50 lbs.

Technical Requirements:

1. Basic equipment knowledge of lawn mowers, trimmers, pressure washer etc.
