Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as edging, digging, planting, and installing hardscape features like patios or walkways Help with lawn care routines such as aeration, fertilization, and weed control to promote lush turf growth Support excavation projects using equipment like excavators under supervision for site preparation or landscaping features Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or other construction equipment is a plus but not mandatory Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape design concepts is advantageous Strong work ethic with physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Willingness to learn new skills related to tree care, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and snow plowing This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise in landscaping while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments.
