Job Description
Belmont County Club is a private club that was built in 1967 that maintains an 18 hole championship golf course, pool, as well as both indoor and outdoor tennis facilities. The golf course plays host to 15,000-18,000 rounds annually on maintained bentgrass/poa annua greens, tees and fairways. The club is currently in discussion for development of a long-term, comprehensive plan for club enhancements. Looking for motivated, self-driven individuals who want to learn more about working on a golf course or has previously worked at a golf course. Gain Experience in Proper mowing of all heights of cut Course marking and daily setup Irrigation repairs and daily computer operation Course drainage and drain tile additions Aerifications, topdressing and other cultural practices Crew and Project Management Fertilizer calibration and application G.P.S sprayer mapping and sprayer calibration Sprayer operation and plant protectant application Pest scouting and monitoring Equipment repairs and preventative maintenance practices
