Job Description

Crew Leader's are expected to: Have 2 years minimum experience in lawn care or landscaping Have an open schedule and be available to work full time Lead others by setting a good example and showing what is expected of them Be capable of working efficiently with other crew leaders to ensure projects and goals are accomplished Have a valid driver's license and be insurable on the company policy Be able to drive commercial trucks with trailers and have a general knowledge of the equipment they work with on a daily basis Communicate with the Secretary/Foreman/Owner to establish weekly/daily tasks Complete paperwork Coordinate materials/equipment for jobs
