Responsibilities Operate golf course maintenance equipment safely and efficiently on a daily basis Mow fairways, roughs, greens, and tees to club standards and scheduled specifications Follow assigned mowing patterns and turf maintenance routes with attention to detail and consistency Perform routine operation of riding mowers, walk mowers, utility vehicles, and other turf equipment Monitor equipment during use and report mechanical issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly Follow all club safety procedures and turf care guidelines while operating machinery Support daily golf course presentation by completing assigned mowing tasks in a timely manner Operate equipment in a manner that protects turf quality, course conditions, and surrounding property Work collaboratively with the golf course maintenance team to ensure high-quality playing conditions Qualifications 1. 1•5 years of Golf Course Maintenance experience 2. Ability to work 24•40 Hours a week
