Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscape and Lawn Laborer, where your energy and enthusiasm will help transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. In this role, you will be actively involved in maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscapes through hands-on work with a variety of tools and equipment. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating inviting outdoor areas for clients and communities alike. This position offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor work, gardening, and landscape maintenance to develop their skills and grow within a vibrant team. Duties Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure pristine turf conditions. Utilize hand tools and power tools for landscape maintenance, including pruning, planting, and weed control. Operate equipment such as excavators, snow plows, and irrigation systems to support various landscaping projects. Assist with hardscape installation and repair, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures. Conduct tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety. Support gardening efforts by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while ensuring proper soil preparation and watering. Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance. Experience Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or construction is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Knowledge of horticulture principles, landscape maintenance techniques, and the use of hand tools or power tools is advantageous. Familiarity with equipment such as excavators or snow plowing machinery is a plus. Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently while operating machinery or handling chemicals. Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
