Landscape Crew Member

Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our landscaping team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for our clients. This position requires a passion for landscape care, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming. Assist with tree care activities such as pruning and planting. Operate power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Experience Previous experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or tree care is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with operating power tools and equipment used in landscaping is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. A willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and care.
