Job Description

Job Summary:
Mcalester Country Club is seeking a motivated, reliable individual to join our Grounds Maintenance team as an Entry-Level Golf Grounds Crew Member. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a team that takes pride in maintaining a high-quality golf course.
Responsibilities:
Operate hand tools and small equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.) Mow fairways, greens, tees, and roughs Rake and maintain bunkers Assist with landscaping, planting, and debris removal Set up and maintain course accessories (tee markers, flags, etc.) Perform routine maintenance tasks as directed by the Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
Qualifications:
No experience necessary — training provided! Must be able to work early mornings (e.g. starting around 5:00-6:00 AM) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation Preferred (but not required): Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or golf course maintenance Interest in golf or turf management
