This position involves lawn maintenance, landscape renovations, equipment operation, and property improvement projects. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes pride in quality work, and has the potential to lead a crew as the company grows.
Responsibilities:
Mowing, edging, and maintaining residential properties Renovating flower beds, including weed removal, mulch installation, and landscape improvements Operating skid steers and other landscape equipment safely and efficiently Pulling and backing trailers with trucks and equipment Tree trimming, debris removal, and seasonal cleanups Maintaining equipment and ensuring jobs are completed to company standards Communicating professionally with customers when needed Assisting with crew supervision and jobsite management
Qualifications:
Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor services preferred Experience operating skid steers and pulling trailers required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude Leadership experience is a plus
